How Roll-up Doors Work？
Working Principle
- Interlinked Slat Structure
Multiple aluminum or composite slats are connected by hinges or interlocking joints, forming a flexible and rollable door curtain.
- Guide Rail System
Vertical guide rails are installed on both sides of the door opening to ensure stable and smooth movement during opening and closing.
- Rolling Mechanism
When the door is opened, the slats move upward along the guide rails and roll onto a shaft or into a housing at the top of the vehicle body. When closing, the door unrolls downward in reverse.

- Manual roll-up doors: Operated using a handle, often assisted by a spring-balancing system
- Electric roll-up doors: Equipped with a motor and control system (switch or remote), suitable for large doors or high-frequency use
